How long will it take for my console to be Fixed?

Answer: The turn around time for repairs is usually 2 to 10 working days.

 

How can I Check the Status of my Console when its sent in for Repairs?

Answer; Once you complete the Pick-Up form, your details will be stored into our tracking system. You will be Automatically Sent your reference Number within 24 Hours from the moment your Console arrives at our workshop. We will subsequently then provide you updates regarding your Console’s Status via Email. At any time you can reply the Email to inquire about the status of your Console.
